Crisis center for families with children "Paspārne" has been operating since 2006.
The center is one of the 6 institutions in Latvia that provides social rehabilitation services for minors who have been victims of illegal activities at the expense of the state budget. Our tasks are to promote the social rehabilitation and integration of persons in a crisis situation into society.
